Governing Board

The present Governing Board comprises 11 members:

Staff

Full time staffers number 32. In addition there are paid 250 part time workers and over 300 volunteers. These staff members are a mix of professionals and activists. Majority of the staff members are local and the rest from the adjoining areas. Most of the staff members are from among Dalits.

Organisational Structure

There are three project units and an administrative support unit. The project units are headed by project coordinators, who directly report to the secretary. The coordinators are assisted by sector specialists, or by supervisor, depending on the need of the project.
